Paul Stillwaggon

Paul has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson as well as sales manager and business owner for 19 years in the manufacturing field, prior to forming the NJ Estates Real Estate Group of Weichert Realtors. Paul, as an expert and specialist in the area of land and new construction, is unequaled in this field. Along with our designers, builders, architects and engineers, he is always available to assist with the design and layout of the building and the use of the land.

A full time Land & New Home Sales Representative since 1982, Paul takes great pride in providing high quality service to his customers. He is a professional that will go the extra mile to the benefit of all the clients of the NJ Real Estate Group. Based on his experience in technology he is also responsible for all the systems and the 10 web sites we use to promote all our listings.

Jo Ann Almeida

Jo Ann is a longtime resident of Martinsville/Bridgewater in Somerset County and also resided in Union County for many years. A licensed Real Estate Agent with Weichert Realtors since 2003, she currently holds the SRES designation specializing in senior real estate needs.

She is a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service as well as the Hunterdon/Somerset, Middlesex and Monmouth Boards of Realtors, serving a wide range of clients in central and southern New Jersey.

Jo Ann is committed to helping her clients find the right home in a timely manner. She maintains great relationships with her clients and is always willing to go above and beyond for them.

Frank Festa

Frank brings a unique mix of business ownership, construction management, real estate development and real estate investing to our team. He purchased his first multi family residence with No-Down-Payment at the age of 19. That was the beginning of a long and successful string of events which included ownership of various businesses and a variety of real estate investments.

He possesses executive management and hands-on experience in the areas of Facilities Management, Operations, Project Management, Customer Service, Tax lien and Tax Deed Investing.

His systematic approach to real estate investing with a focus on Retail, Commercial, Industrial & Institutional properties is unique and increases the depth of service that the team can provide to our clients.

Michelle Gilmore

Michelle is a real estate Broker with professional designations specializing in corporate relocation and senior real estate needs. She also uses her expertise to help homeowners achieve the best price in marketing and selling their existing homes. Her clients know they can rely upon her knowledge of real estate to help make the best decisions for their particular situation.

Michelle is an active member of the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of Realtors, serving on multiple committees and as 2010 member of the Board of Directors. Michelle is always willing to assist customers, clients and colleagues in real estate matters.

Trish Krug

Trish is a longtime resident of Long Hill Township with 3 children in the local school system and is an active participant in community affairs.

A licensed NJ real estate agent with Weichert Realtors since 2004, she is currently the administrative assistant to Paul Stillwaggon and is an integral part of the day to day operations of NJ Estates Real Estate Group. Her real estate knowledge and her background in customer service with the Weichert Lead Network at the company headquarters, make her an asset and a true team player.

Sara Miniman

Geri Smith

Prior to real estate, Geri Smith served as a public high school administrator. A realtor of more than 20 years, Geri is a broker/sales associate who has a strong base of knowledge gained through a myriad of real estate experiences and one who will guarantee results. Her realtor staging certification enables her re-sales to put their “best foot-forward.”

A relocation specialist, she helps transition families to their new situation and area. Christine Vosler

Christine Vosler enhances the NJ Estates Real Estate Group team with her years of experience with new construction and construction management prior to becoming a real estate agent 8 years ago.

Christine is a Long Hill Township resident for over 18 years and has 3 children in the local school system. Her knowledge of the local real estate market and the construction process strengthens her ability to help clients with their new home purchase or when clients are looking to sell their home. Years of working with buyers, sellers and builders has enabled Christine to be very informative and helpful through all the stages of building, buying or selling a home.
