Distinctive Domain, LLC. Distinctive Domain is the partnership of Jim Brenn and Dan Pollera. Our objective is to build a limited number of quality homes each year utilizing materials of high value while creating a product at a fair price for the homeowner. The partners diverse talents and experiences enable for a strong partnership with one individual focused on creating a product of unique distinction and the other focused on running a successful business with longevity and strength. Jim Brenn has over twenty-four years of experience in all aspects of custom home construction. His building career began in the mid 1970s with Ken Brenn & Sons, an organization which has made significant contributions toward the development of the Township of Warren. Over the years Jim Brenn has established himself as a builder with a talent to visualize ideas and create distinctive homes of quality and character. Brenn's experience in home development encompasses all aspects of construction, inclusive of large construction project management and commercial building. Jim is the founder and owner of Brenn Built, a masonry general contractor that specializes in custom homes for local developers. He is an involved father of 4 children who contributes to his church and community. Jim was raised and educated in Warren and currently lives in Branchburg with his wife of 13 years. Dan Pollera has been involved in a number of financially successful businesses since the early 1980s; primarily in the computer services industry. Each organization had a strong reputation as a high quality service provider. Dan's contributions to Distinctive Domain are focused on the business and financial management responsibilities. Pollera's real estate experiences encompass commercial properties and real estate management. Dan is a resident of Warren with his wife and four children. | |
