Coddington Construction Co., LLC Joseph Farinella is a second-generation builder and a graduate of Seton Hall University, as well as Seton Hall’s School of Law. His residential construction portfolio consists of 230 townhouse units in Eatontown, 130 units in East Windsor and 130 units in Ewing Township, along with Chambers Brook Estates in Branchburg, which is comprised of 300 homes, including single-family homes, townhouses and duplexes. Coddington has completed projects in Warren Township, Mt. Olive, and Basking Ridge. Currently, he is building on eight lots in the Neshanic Station area of Branchburg. Typically, Coddington Construction Company builds center hall colonials from 2,100 to 4,000 square feet. Joe is a member of Community Builders Association, New Jersey Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. He was named Residential Builder of the Year by New Jersey Living Magazine and Builder of the Year, in 1990, by the Builder’s Association of Metropolitan New Jersey.
