ER development Inc. was founded on solid principles of integrity, value and premier customer service. Daniel and Elizabeth Reichard have been involved with new construction and renovations since the mid 80's, having had their beginnings in the corporate environment. Dan, a prior transportation CEO, holds his BS in Marketing from Seton Hall University. Liz, a former Human Resources executive, possesses a BA in Economics and an MBA from Seton Hall. Liz officially established ER development in 1994, and Dan joined forces with her shortly thereafter. Together, they have evolved their organization to fill a void in residential construction. Recognized statewide, Liz and Dan have received the Award of Excellence from the Community Builders Association of N.J. Today's custom home buyers want integrity, service, quality and timely performance in their builder of choice. Dan and Liz embrace this philosophy. |
