Heritage Manor Homes, LLC.
An accomplished builder, Bob Rau has been building homes in the area for the past
13 years. Bob has won Awards of Excellence through the Community Builders
Association for his 17 lot subdivision in Chatham which he developed in 1990, and
again for his most recently developed stately eight-home Cotswold Farms community
off King George Road in Warren. He and his family have been members of the Community
Builders Association since the 1940’s. He has been in the building business from
age 17, having been involved in all aspects of the family business, including sales
of brick, roofing and siding products. He holds a BA from Wesleyan College in
West Virginia.
Rich Bower has been renovating homes in the area for years. He brings his knowledge
as a renovation specialist to this unique partnership. His experience with
homeowners’ wants and desires, after they have lived in their home, will help in
avoiding future renovations in a new home.
Bob and Rich are even-tempered, personable businessmen, and pride themselves on
the projects they have developed and the relationships they forge with their
clients in the process. Their approach to the business is straight-forward. The
package they develop for each client is comprehensive. They are accommodating
builders, and work hard to custom design a home to meet each individual client’s
special requirements and dreams.

They encourage prospective buyers to drive past the homes they have built and see
the quality of workmanship they offer. Together they have just completed LaGrande
Square in Fanwood and are inspecting prospective sub-divisions to put their
mark on. For a list of references please contact:
