TMK Builders Custom builder, Ted Kaczmarek of TMK Builders, Inc., will build 5 new elegant homes in the heart of Berkeley Heights. The homes will be built on and off Emerson Lane. Ted also explains that part of the innovation of this standard features package is to cater to the busy working executive, who does not have a lot of time to spend on picking out every detail. Pat is an essential part of the selection process. So they can pick out the details, such as colors, in a few afternoons, instead of having to schedule several appointments to make selections," Ted relates. Then as a precautionary measure to assure the best quality work, Ted does a 60-day walk-through after construction. There is another walk-through and punch list one year after closing to make sure everyone is happy. | ||
